Abyssal Demons are located at the Canafis Slayer Tower and the Abyssal Space, which can only be entered by using Fairy Rings. Their highest rewarding drop is the Abyssal whip, which is currently worth around 2 million Rs Money. Eventually when you get good enough you can craft law runes (about 1k for each rune as of Feb. 2005).
